Bistro Update
As the Bistro Management change gets under way, the following will be taking place over the next month.
  • Mario’s last day of operation is Saturday, May 14th.
  • Mario will remove his inventory of food stuff and paper goods and cleaning the kitchen on Monday, May 16 and Tuesday, May 17.
  • The Bistro Committee will then inspect the kitchen and if the kitchen is in good shape, the Committee will give him his last check.
  • DALA will then proceed taking over. They are aiming for a June 1 or earlier opening depending when they receive their permits from the County.
  • DALA will cater the Memorial Day BBQ and a Father’s Day Brunch for openers.
         Please note that dates are still subject to change and your patience is appreciated.
The Bistro is open 6 days a week, Monday through Saturday, from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. and serves both breakfast and lunch.
The Bistro is closed on Sundays.
Breakfast and Lunch Orders for Take Out
Breakfast and Lunch Orders can be placed by calling the Bistro at 561-733-5474.
Lunch Take out orders should be called in before 11:00 am or after 1:30 pm.
Provide your name, bistro card number (last 3 digits) and time you will be picking up your lunch order.

A message from the Bistro Committee 
As we continue to return to a more normal and pleasurable dining experience in our Bistro, Mario, like many of our local restaurateurs, is facing a difficult time re-staffing in all of his locations. It is difficult to balance between staffing and utilization as we are trying to emerge from a pandemic. The Bistro Committee is reaching out to all of our residents asking that you please remember to be Kind and Patient with the staff that is working. Proper etiquette while waiting to be seated is always appreciated.

The only forms of payment that will be accepted are the white or blue Valencia Isles Bistro cards. The blue cards are re-loadable gift cards which can be purchased from the Valencia Isles Management Office once your $300 bistro scrip has been used up.  Please make sure you have enough money on your scrip or bistro gift card to cover the cost of your order. Outdoor dine-in residents may use cash or check as a form of payment and, must use cash for the tip.
Fairness Guidelines
For those using the take out services, the following Fairness Guidelines have been implemented.
As every takeout is accompanied by a receipt showing what the charge is AND what the resident's remaining balance is, any dispute must be presented to Bistro personnel (and to Castle Management, if necessary) within 14 days or it will not be considered.
If any resident is dissatisfied with a meal, it should not be consumed.  If returned to the Bistro no later than the next business day, the charge for that meal will be refunded.
