We are pleased to announce the arrival of the new Bistro Cards for the 2024-2025 season. The total scrip amount is $360, which will expire on June 30, 2025.  For residents who previously utilized the manual system earlier this year and used funds from their card balances, your remaining balance will be reflected on your new card.
 
New Bistro Cards will be available for collection starting December 12, 2023, in the conference room at the Clubhouse. 

 
Pickup Schedule
December 12: 10:30 AM – 12:30 PM
December 12: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM 
December 13: 10:30 AM – 12:30 PM 

 
If you are unable to collect your card on these dates, you may pick it up at the Management Office during regular business hours Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.
 
Important Notes:

• Owners only (not friends or proxies) are allowed to pick up the new cards. Owners must sign to acknowledge receipt.
• The new Bistro Cards are identical in color and design to the previous white cards but now include the owner’s address on the back for easy identification.

While the Board understands some concerns regarding the period when cards were unusable, there will be no extension to the expiration date. However, residents will have ample opportunities to utilize their cards before June 30, 2025, including:

• Residents can sell the balance on their card to another resident if they are unable to use it.  
• Bistro Cards can be used at dinners before the shows and Tuesday night dinners. Additional events will be announced as they are confirmed.
